well i was recommended to a better hotel by my chef, cuz he's leaving soon...i mean by next wed...and i'm moving to another hotel and will be working in pastry kitchen too...just wanna be professional in 1 thing...that is pastry...well pastry is not all about making birthday cakes and cookies or desserts...there's some other things like weddings cakes, sugar work, choc work and etc...if i do have all the skills i'll make big money $$...and later on... i'll be moving to S'pore...and after that...plan to move...a little further...in 7 to 8 yrs...i'll get what i want to be...well its my plan...well will feel uncomfortable for the 1st few weeks...if i do move there...and at least i'll be moving to a better place than staying in a place where birds don't lay eggs...
