well...am i blindfold or...well well...might be i'll stay and not move to the new hotel...cuz of some problems...well take it as 50 50...another thing is...i moved to fast...and i guess i need to slow down fr awhile...and argh...its hurting me...i mean my tooth...want to grab something and pull it out...its hurting....even now...TT...sweet,sour,hot,warm,cold...argh...everything can kill me...erm...i guess that's all fr tdy...

aww...well well....its a bad bad luck....starts with accident earlier...then lost my phone after that...accidentally deleted my psp software and i need to spend RM30 to gt the software...then i've to pay my phone bills cuz tht idiot stole my phone and phone someone else till 100plus...well i'm gonna fight for this cuz i did not call and i'm nt paying for it...if problem re nt solve...sry to said tht guys...i've to change my num...well no worries...i'll giv u my num if i do change...and my boss just left ytd...and he's gonna start a new life in his new hotel...bt i'm nt so sure hw many star the hotel is rated...and soon i've to move on with my life in a better hotel and after tht s'pore...XD well there's lots of 6 stars hotel...can believe it...well might be i should join them...and things started to change in my kitchen now...since chef is not around...i change some of the recipe into a better ones...and modify some of the recipe given by my chef...well some of it re great...bt hopefully some of my dessert will be use for valentine menu...well its pretty simple...bt its better than the rest...cuz most of it re mousse...i guess its a boring dessert in my hotel cuz we always serve tht...== well time to change...i want something new...><

well i was recommended to a better hotel by my chef, cuz he's leaving soon...i mean by next wed...and i'm moving to another hotel and will be working in pastry kitchen too...just wanna be professional in 1 thing...that is pastry...well pastry is not all about making birthday cakes and cookies or desserts...there's some other things like weddings cakes, sugar work, choc work and etc...if i do have all the skills i'll make big money $$...and later on... i'll be moving to S'pore...and after that...plan to move...a little further...in 7 to 8 yrs...i'll get what i want to be...well its my plan...well will feel uncomfortable for the 1st few weeks...if i do move there...and at least i'll be moving to a better place than staying in a place where birds don't lay eggs...

Back....! and getting lazy to update my blog...and school holiday is over...yea baby...! don't need to work lik hell ad...been working double shift during the holiday season...and i felt very tired...well its normal...and new year is coming...and valentine fall on the same day...well can't off on the first of new year...cuz of valentine...haiz...and chef leaving soon...have to give ideas to my exc chef...well i'm just a commis 2...but i'm working lik a CDP...well its fine too...its all about exp...and soon my exc will send me for training...train myself to do wedding cakes and fine piping for hotel...well...all i can said its fine...but i'll be leaving soon for S'pore...this Oct...i guess will be middle of Oct...try to apply the post of commis 1 in S'pore hotel, if possible...wow...and spending more time for psp than anything others...and God of war is a great game...cool skills...but i finish the game in 3days...haiz...wish the story of the game is longer...and now...aming for war hammer(squad command)...and i gt a game and it supposed to be a great game in ps2...i mean metal gear solid...but for psp (i yawn when i played the game)...wasted my money to buy that game...and i've find out...honestly psp racing games re not that nice...i rather play any of the racing games using ps2...something lik burnout(takedown) its a great game in ps2 bt nt psp...well there is good and bad....well god of war is the best....!!!!!!!! tht's fr nw...
